Vexion Labs provides website design, development, and related digital services for businesses. All services are delivered based on agreed project scope and timelines.
All payments must be made as agreed upon prior to the start of work or according to the payment schedule outlined in the service agreement. Payments are non-refundable once work has begun unless otherwise stated.
Any additional work outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges. Changes requested after project approval may affect delivery timelines.
Clients agree to provide all necessary content, information, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in communication may impact project timelines.
Upon full payment, the client will own the final website design and assets created specifically for them. Vexion Labs retains the right to showcase completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes.

For clients on a monthly retainer or subscription plan, payments must be made on time according to the agreed billing schedule.
If a payment is missed, the client will have a 30-day grace period to bring the account current.
If payment is not received within this 30-day period:
Reactivation of services may require payment of all overdue balances and may be subject to a reinstatement fee.
Vexion Labs is not responsible for any loss of business, traffic, or data resulting from service suspension due to non-payment.
